1) Are there only about 170 block producers?
2) How many tokens do I need to become a block producer?
3) Where can I find how many delegated tokens each block producer have?

So there's any plan to increase the number of bloc...

It still depends to the community since anyone is free to run a node. Some see it convenient to delegate and some would like to earn their own by becoming a validator. 😊
