At the moment the BR is approximately 17% right? How does the $SURF token increase the BR? Let’s say you have to buy $SURF using $WAVES, is that $WAVES then automatically locked in a smart contract and contributes to the BR?

Ok, so Neutrino’s collateral which is made up of $WAVES I presume that backs $USDN increases whilst no new $USDN is minted? What if people sell $SURF, Will the collateral decrease as you need to give $WAVES back?

How does $SURF derive its intrinsic value? Or is it simply a bet on $WAVES getting back above a 100% BR from where it is now? 5x bet? Hoping there is more utility for $SURF or something that gives it more intrinsic value?
