Telegram posts(MDT):
July 29 10:56: $METAL is announced with blog post. In announcement it is mentioned that their will be a conversion 1 $MTL for 2 $METAL to be completed in 90 days (Oct 27 11:11 PM PST). No mention of releasing $METAL in any other way.
Aug 5 2:06:03 pm: Marlon buys 2,740.879 $METAL
Aug 5 2:21:58 pm: Marlon buys 2,537.884 $METAL
Aug 5 2:24:06 pm: Marlon buys 2,484.100 $METAL
Aug 5 2:25:46 pm: Marlon buys 2,441.254 $METAL
Aug 5 2:26:35 pm: Marlon buys 2,396.620 $METAL
Aug 5 2:36 pm: Marlon posts BLOG in TG announcing $METAL is available on Proton Swap
Aug 6 1:38 pm: In TG I question why Metallicus decided to release $METAL on swap before the conversion time frame (90 days). I didn’t get an answer.
Aug 6 1:59 pm: Marlon says in TG “It ($METAL) was going to get listed on exchanges, regardless of the conversion.”
Aug 6 2:42 pm: Marshal in TG in reference to the price of $METAL “I started it trading at $0.70 when I added the first LP”
Aug 7 1:21 am: Marshall in TG “starting to think METAL should not even touch any other CEX and just purely have its own DEX where other coins come to it”
Here are my questions:
1. Why did Metallicus make $METAL available on swap before the 2 for 1 conversion time window? In my mind it made sense to go with the orginal 2 for 1 because you’ve now established a base price for $METAL and a window to allow people to get in. It also makes it so there are coins in circulation when it hits the open market rather than Metallicus owning all of them.
2. Why would Metallicus put $METAL on swap at a floating price when they own all of the tokens? That creates a one-sided market (only buyers). Current swap price of $METAL = $3.43 $XMT/MTL = $1.48.
3. Why is Metallicus allowing an employee to swap $METAL minutes before they make an official announcement to the community?
4. Why is Marshall now saying they might not list $METAL on exchanges, when they have said they would?
I’m not saying that Metallicus has done anything wrong or doesn’t have the right to do what they have done. I’m asking questions because in my mind these things that I’ve outlined, on their face, look bad, hurt the community and the future of $METAL. Maybe it’s no big deal and there is a good explanation or I’m just wrong to bring them up. But I would like to get an answer to my questions.”

I’m getting very tired of the disparagement and constant accusations from ProtonMT, they bring nothing to the table but drama. If you vote for them I would pull the vote, as they only see to harm the community and network.
