I asked Binance what UK legislation requires them to collect

source of wealth information, they said due to regulations they cannot give that information so I asked Binance can they show me the regulations that say they cannot give this information and they would not provide it. Is this even legal? Binance team, please explain yourselves?

Not sure if you'll be allowed to see this but I've had similar. $22k locked in my account. Currently producing figures but suspect they won't be accepted because I get the feeling that certain clients are seen as both "too risky" and "an easy touch".

Having the exact same shit today. They asked for source of income proof for a deposit so provided copy of sale of property reciept from solicitor and copy of bank satement showi ng teh deposit into account. They then came back and demanded copies of other crypto exchange tades, wallet details, emails showing historic activity in crypto. F'ing outrageous ! Blatant breach of data protection and privacy law. It reasuring to see im not the only one. Also very worrying ! Ive contacted the FCA today about this and will also contact teh police if this "harrasment" doesnt stop, also to investigate potential fraud that might be involved. Just WTAF are Binance up to? its shocking.
