on polkadots?
You want your dev to answer that or you know the answer ? @Frostyausty
What is the question? Why is the protocol based on interlay’s?
Just start from the beginning. You’ve announced wrapped btc a year ago and you’ve got a lot of credit for that, many people believed in you, but yo’ve decided to allocate your resources to do NFTs and airdrops instead. One year later there is still no progress on wrapped BTC, the dev updates seems nothing to do with wrapped BTC. What holds you back? As an experienced dev I can tell you that i don’t know any dev team that isn’t able to show something after a whole year which make think of two options: 1. Your team is not capable for that type of work and investors are at risk of fail. 2. You didn’t really work on it and didn’t communicate it well. The impression is following: Make people think you are working on something big -> feed them with promisses for the whole year -> In a meanwhile monetize the community with some tokens/nft sales. What basically prevents you from saying in a half year something like: Ooops sorry guys, it didn’t work, I was misslided by my dev team, it’s not my falt, bye
3 things in response to this. 1. Respectfully, we’ve stated multiple times that we have other developers building out things such as nfts/airdrops. The core developers focus on the core protocol. 2. We’ve said from 5 months ago that we planned to release the testnet in q3. This planned has not changed. https://twitter.com/anetaBTC/status/1499746890190970882?s=20&t=JGKv7UIEnCfVX8cv_EuQaA 3. Your statement that the dev update had nothing to do with wrapped btc is blatantly incorrect. 4. I love Ergo. I do not want to hurt Ergo. I will not say goodbye.
Wow, this conversation between frosty and Ilya, 1.5 years ago.. still. Nothing to show ..
