It looks like you are using remote node to process your transactions. Be sure it runs the newest monerod 0.18.1. If it doesn't, it cannot process transactions due to changes in the protocol.

Thanks Nik for your help, I tried downloading feather twice, - I get to "restore wallet" and when I click "create/open wallet" it then comes up with "Error: failed to save file etc " ... I put in all the correct info for MyMonero wallet & seed phrase.... so I am at a loss to figure that one out.... do you understand what the help centre bot on MyMonero means when it says "download Monero GUI and use your seed phrase to gain access to your Monero Wallet" ?? If I already have Monero GUI wallet, do I need to download Monero GUI (is that the node?) .... I don't understand... are the seed phrases for different Monero wallets interchangable?

You can either use feather wallet or gui to restore, you don’t use mymonero after restoring your wallet on feather Have you restored feather wallet with correct height ?
