0.5% right?
1% (0.5% goes to Flexa) (0.5% goes to AMP Token pool in Flexa Capacity)
My understanding is that all fees are used to purchase AMP and stakers receive all of that.
absolutely nothing goes to flexa..
I don't think your assumption is 💯 accurate. The statement above only elaborates on re-purchased AMP. It is my understanding that Flexa does actually take a fee (0.5% (Flexa can modify it)) prior to the rest of the fee 0.5% which is further placed on a AMP market ordered and executed on exchange, then dispersed to AMP Stakers. This is why the fee is referred to as 1%. This can easily clarified by Tyler if needed. I know for a fact it was addressed publicly last year... Because I was the one who thought it worked the way you assume. Maybe we should double check on the actual facts Flexa fees and exact break down of function/distribution.
No, all goes to AMP it seems.
Tracking. Doesnt answer my question. Plainly put why would banks forgo the highly rewarding cc industry. Interchange fees set by card networks is big business and used to pay for reward points, security etc
Not sure why the focus on banks. Flexa is all about merchants. That's TradFi versus Flexa DeFi. Merchants are the focus.
because banks who do it for free. Merchants use banks etc... that are a big part of payments
unbelievable you guys definitely not paying attention to anything Tyler says..watch starting at the 16 min mark https://youtu.be/xzW5dD-0gFY
Easier said. Reality is far different
Show us how reality is different with hard facts that can be backed up, you seem to have an exceptional understanding of the environment
Many here know, for a fact, that a portion of the fee goes to Flexa. The canned pitch is just that, a generalized sales pitch, product explanation. The real deal is more complex. If I remembered the exact source, I'd give it to you. I found out last year. The source could have been current, at that time, or much older. Anyhow someone here probably knows. Maybe the medium article is correct 💯? I thought the take on Flexa's side was higher. Whatever it is, I'm certain it covers network operation costs.
the response was to the bank point here, not the fees
It's just a matter of acceptance. Reality changes over time.
