For you to pursue that, you would need to get in touch with the Turkish speaking DigiByte group. That person is the one who has the ability to take in a new admin. But generally, a person needs to be a participating member of the community for awhile, before group owners consider making him an admin.

Admins and Mods are only here to enforce the rules, they will never message you privately! Anyone privately messaging you without prior consent is either attempting to scam you or solicit you! You can report messages and users with the /report command, either by responding to the relevant message with the command, or by simply writing for example: /report @username Breaking rules!

DigiByte is completely decentralized (like Bitcoin), and everyone is just a community member. There isn't any person or organization who can enter the DigiByte project into a contract. All that being said, what is the nature of your proposal?

DigiByte is a PoW (Proof of Work) coin. Delegation is only available with some PoS (Proof of Stake) cryptos.
