Dear, lemme know is APR fixed on the moment of

delegation for delegated sum. Let' say pool 3135 had APR > 100% when I delegated 2h ago, now it's decreased to 79% what APR will be for my delegated sum of PHA ?

10x! But my question was different - what APR will be for a whole period of delegation time. Looks like it's dynamic and not fixed after delegation

APR will range around 60 to 90% average after the 1st halving. But the APR will go up and down. It depends to the commission of miner, how many PHA delegated, CPU use of the miner, how many worker active.

You need to balance your delegation. Choose 5 to 10 miner PID. If you found good miner (they dont change commision everytime that is good miner) then devide your PHA. The more PHA delegating to that miner the APR goes down. So better devide it to different PID # miner. Also the commission it affect the APR. The higher commission it will APR go down. So choose wisely. Also remember the number of active worker it makes APR high.
