I'm sure someone here will be able to give you a far better description, but this is from my very basic layman’s understanding. Godwoken is a complete Layer 2 blockchain, where lots of different dapps can launch and all use the same network, just like Optimism and Arbitrum on ETH. AXON is a sidechain framework that dapp developers can customize to their own specific needs and will be running their dapp alone on their own network. So there won’t actually be an ‘Axon’ network like there is a ‘Godwoken’ network, Axon is just the framework that you can use to build your own ‘Godwoken’
