Is that really possible to stake directly from the ledger app without having to use MetaMask ?

You can use ledger live to stake.

That's not stated in any of the documents released today. Tyler's said in the past that it's a goal of his for Flexa to eventually use the Anvil protocol instead of Capacity, but not with any expected timelines. Having said that, 5.2, the TBCP section on p21 looks interesting.
