You can't really look at THF in that way, as they don't directly receive revenue. They were allocated a large sum of HBAR and a cash loan, with the mandate to distribute those HBAR to build the ecosystem. So they don't receive anything back directly, but the Hedera ecosystem and adoption grow as a direct result of their efforts.
