You do know that bitcoin network is highly congested now, right? Almost 500,000 transactions waiting to be mined. Miners process transactions with highest fee first. Now transactions with 22-26 usd fee are getting through. Just wait, there’s nothing anyone can do.

I ask cause I'm not used to binance. But with the moving of funds I know how to use it. I never knew that there are 500000 transactions to be mined. I jus wanted to ask is my funds safe. As they have not yet moved from my binance to luno?this is the first time I'm experiencing this sir.

Yes, they are safe. This situation is extremely rare, even if it happened before. Until bitcoin network became less congested I believe you won’t see your transaction get through. It’s not Binance fault, just wait.
