end users but what about outreach to devs? Seems now wallet extension is available, now is the time to onboard devs. Is there a strategy for this?
It's what I've been focusing on for the last few months. There are a lot of facets for how to sensibly do dev outreach. It's basically: - building a technical support pipeline - building an onboarding center - making sure that dev tools are accessible - making documentation accessible and complete - building tutorials and examples - ensuring ultra open sources as much as it can to get devs to pay attention to our innovations - work with the marketing team to build a messaging strategy There's more, but that's the bulk of it. Trying hard to get it out the door asap
