How are we going to incentivise borrowing? If we look

at our XRP market supply is 7m and borrow 1.3m. this is very low for a huge MC token. For isolated lending to take off we or the projects need to encourage borrowing/supplying

Furthermore, users who contribute assets to the IL will be incentivized with higher yields.
