Bump H¤ret¤r¤: So we have a vote up for a prisma finance

raise participation.

There are no link websites, blogs or any other information other than a few words and a few of the current investors.

Any more (online) info available on prisma?

Looking at the investors its kind of a given that it will pass anyway. But still curious to know more.

I have personally talked a bit to one of the founders and team who were intro'd to me by Charlie from Curve. So ya, they do seem to have a lot of great backers and it appears so far the snapshot will pass. Did you post this request for more links/info in the gov forum here? https://gov.frax.finance/t/fip-227-frax-prisma-finance-pre-launch-raise-participation/2327 To be honest, I was hoping for a bit more community engagement since it was a new project like you're saying. But it seems like people are ok with it going to a vote. The project indeed has incredible backers yes, and Frax DAO getting in at the same terms/funding round so that is great.

I only noticed it when it was up for the vote. But to be honest, I probably would'nt have asked it there either. I kinda see the frax governance as a given as in practice 2 or 3 alligned votes control all the decisions anyway. Not complaining about that as FXS best interests are served well with that thus far. So I mainly come here for the info and updates regarding the voting results. As it was a given that this would pass I was just curious to see more info about the project as it was severely lacking in the proposal. But yeah, you are right. It would have been better to have asked that in the discussion prior 👍🏻

Ya no worries. I think it's a fine investment 💪 Also just to be clear, Convex is a large "voter" but their votes are literally controlled by all vlCVX holders so it's kind of misleading to consider them a single "person/individual" since it's not possible for any member of their team to veto/ignore vlCVX voters. But ya, I get what you mean. I think this is a very exciting project, let's see how it goes for Prisma when they launch!
