Hey there, the reason of the rebrand is because we are adapting to better forward the DeFi industry. Instead of being just a DeFi lab our new mission is to redefine how leveraged DeFi works and build a great leverage system through the new brand Stella.

Between t&c that are blurry (with all the timing with a few days apart) about users claims and ability to go against avd on a lawsuit, plus this is a clear roadmap to try to put all that under the carpet. From what I understood by talking with Tascha there is no « we are resolving the situation with IB ». Unless that statement is wrong you should be making a public statement on the ongoing resolution. As of now, there is a goodwill fund going to users and that’s it. No negotiation going between protocols and AVD is not taking any legal actions against IB with users. Is that correct?

pls note that you can reject the terms of use, and again apologies for not having the reject button since the beginning. Regarding your point on the 2nd paragraph, we made update in the latest blog and announcement in Alpha Homora twitter. Separately shared in AMA was that IB simply told the mediators to not get involved. At the moment, we are trying to see what others strings are there that will help make IB negotiate, because right now they still continue to reject any negotiation..
