What are you talking about? If the governance token did not work appropriately as aimed to solve an issue in a specific scenario I can say it is useless. When your function has a parameter with no additional benefit result compared to not having the parameter at the function, you should rely on your benefit and remove the parameter from the function.

NSBT is the best governance token in the Waves ecosystem. While it was meant to recollateralised reserves it also worked because couple of milions of Waves were used to issue all existing NSBT s(including 170000 of my own) unfortunately It wasnt meant to work all the time because Moon Factor specifficaly was designed to cap NSBT supply and make it harder to issue (for stability of the governance)

Hello! NSBT retains its functionality as a governance token, and it can be also used to Buy/Sell XTN via the main Neutrino contract. Thus, nothing has changed in this regard, and you can find more details in the Documentation: NSBT.
