Hello, why at no moment in Stella’s docs, the debt

(that is inherited from the subsidy of its mother company, AVD that has now become Stella) is not mentioned as a risk?

Why no token allocation to the goodwill fund is not mentioned in the token distribution?

Where are the pools coming from (in-house or IB or other providers?)

All that looks as obstructing the debt…

For q1: it also included the rebranding of the mother company of AH which bears the debt. You cant just change the name of the company and everything goes away. Liability goes hierarchically. For q2 I saw protocol fees going to AH, not ALPHA tokens distributed to the goodwill fund

For q1: Liability still remains, but because IB doesn’t negotiate at all even when trying to involve mediator, the details of how the resolution will look like are unclear. If there is any update, will make sure to provide those update accordingly For q2: yup correct because the goodwill fund does not change tokenomics since it uses portion that has been unlocked but was never used, not related to the portion going forward. Not sure if you recall, we were talking at one point that token holders would have to vote as well if token distribution in the future were going to be impacted, but in this case it is not

For q1: still no any plans to repay the debt? From what I understood only the goodwill fund, funded by Stella for 18 months will be used. However I have not seen any info on the debt repayment so far. What’s the plan for this as liability remains? Q2: and which portion of the distribution was used to get the tokens ? Team and advisors or « ecosystem » whatever that means

Hi for q1, Stella is a new product so it is not related. For q2, this is mentioned in the gitbook. If you click on docs on the homepage, tokenomics section, staking & protocol fees page, you can find the details there. For q3, the lending part is similar to lending protocol in which it is permissionless for anyone to lend on Stella. Not integrated with IB
