On a different topic, according to my research the ISP

in my country can block publicly available tor nodes. But they cant block tor bridges because they are not public. But when using tor i change choose publically available tor bridges (snowflake meek azure etc). If i can find those bridges how come the ISP cant? They seem public to me. Does anyone have a good answer to this?
