I agree with you, but as the CCIP is a neutral protocol that intends to connect everything that involves money, it would be interesting to have all countries together in this.

That system is being built in cooperation with the messaging standards SWIFT is spearheading in either case. One can note CLabs have been pretty active over in Asia as well and the team working on interoperability for the Chinese Gov backed BSN network are always @ SmartCon. Ultimately the goal is to be a neutral actor that can service any institution / country. SWIFT running DON's for example doesn't give them any control over Chainlink's framework. The only tricky part from my perspective is token distribution but I suspect that may be where a lot of that reserve LINK comes into play (speculative).

We have an incredibly strong team in China. I'm really grateful to collaborate with them. Everyone there is a rockstar. They have had to build in the face of a lot of adversity the past few years and it's really impressive what they have done.
