So what about quadrillion supply? A coin has m cap with 300m and 1.7m holders which also is ba by do g e. Why not listing that?

Quadrillion supply is possible. I would see a problem with liquidity walls going up on supplies like that. To many coins seems to jam up with massive walls. (My Opinion) As for Listings, this can be dependent on if the company applied to be listed. Sometimes it does not benefit their current situation. Also certain criteria is required to be listed. Volumes, transparencies, audits, and so much more. Hard to say as this could be 100 reasons why that coin hasnt been listed.
