With SEC going at crypto in the U.S. & the

flash crash that resulted from it and rumors of possible decades of litigation going to court before this can be settled is this considered a black swan event?
I don’t know the meaning or if it applies but I’ve heard people say it’s a worst case scenario.

<cafebedouin> It's been clear it was going to break like this for months now. Makes perfect sense. If you want to introduce a digital dollar, and the U.S. has on choice but to do so, shaking up alternatives before entering the market is the smart move.
