Since it's below the cap (50M / 69M) I think the team will add new Frax to bring the UR down. When the full 69M has been deployed though other users would need to deploy funds to bring it down or people repay their loans

Hey @drakeevans - appreciate you reading through the proposal. At the time of posting, UR for sfrxETH/FRAX pool on Fraxlend V3 had been consistently over 85%, which is why we were looking for solutions on how to get that UR lowered. It appears now that the UR has dropped to around 65%, so the issue is not as apparent now. Thanks for reading through though
