I can't say how much your ratings will be increased by using mega boost because the avg ratings keeps changing very fast. but it'll be enough to get you avg dtal.

61 is the today's avg dtal my friend. And mega boost will help you get that avg DTAL. If someday the avg dtal will dropped because land ratings of other lands are even higher than your dtal will also be decreased. Total about 370 land ratings after using the boost. Totally depends upon. When you used that boost. Maybe tomorrow the avg land ratings is 400 than it'll take your land ratings at 400.

That totally depends upon your game play. The strategy you need to create mate. And work accordingly. But there are all kind of explorers. Someone want to boost the land and someone wanna buy more land.
