What happened?

In the Russian chat, the angel taunts and does not give an answer. It also gives others a reason to laugh. Although I asked about that: "Why is the application buggy?". There was a flurry of criticism from the angel and offended me, while others began to support the abuse. Abuse chat position or help investors, what position does angel binance follow? Can I write this to binance support?
