for a loan and not put collateral and the deal could still go through or would the protocol not allow that?

Thats actually so cool. I wonder if we will ever see someone be trusted enough that people make deals with lower collateral than what they borrow. That would literally be the closest we might ever get to the real banking system

I could see this happening where someone created a loan request with a known nft they own that has personal value but not much market value
