The recent ruling in the Ripple case has been characterized

as a partial victory for Ripple and a partial victory for the SEC. Judge Torres ruled that Ripple's sales of XRP tokens on public exchanges were not sales of securities under the law, but that Ripple's sales of XRP tokens to sophisticated investors violated securities laws as they were unregistered sales of securities. My question is whether AMP is similarly, if not identically, situated to Ripple in that in 2018 Flexa raised ~14mm through private sales of FXC at 0.001 to institutional and accredited investors?? And if so, what are the ramifications and implications going forward??

Saying the community is fine about it is a bit of stretch, most prob don’t know anything about it. There’s nothing that can be done to change the past, no point worrying about an issue that doesn’t exist yet imo

This is why flexa has nothing to do with ampera any longer I believe. But if things go the correct way via SEC bull.i think the two will merge one day .I may be wrong but that's the way I see it

It's been discussed in here before. You can search through past chats or start asking and someone with knowledge will hopefully answer. There was some talk about it in discord yesterday and Nami was answering. Maybe check that out to start

I’ve seen it mentioned on things before but I don’t know how it was done other than the one to one swap to AMP. The vast majority of us prob never had FXC, weren’t that early 😞

I think someone said a while back there where still some stuck in a pool somewhere that hadn't been changed over for some reason not sure read so much stuff it seems to merge into one sometimes lol

My biggest question from past two days!! May be is the reason Flexa is silent till now?? Only Flexa knows what could have happend during FXC coin distribution. And community is absolutely fine about it is not a good sign too!
