The straightforward answer is that for only using the Cartesi Machine, you won't need any kind of fee or feel, but those would be required instead for paying the validator nodes (and to run your DApp, you'll need at least one validator). At this moment in time, the tangible utility is governance - CTSI stakers have already voted for a few proposals. As the ecosystem expands and the tech infrastructure develops fully, so will the utility.
