Do you really think high risk degen defi plays is all what this is about?

In near future billions of ai driven devices and machines will connect, make their own decisions and exchange any kind of value, property and information 24/7 in trillion transactions per month.

THATS the real deal. Automation! A lot of reliable high performance chains will be needed to handle this volume.

Open your mind, dig your way out of this mc saga and get the bigger picture. This is where fantom is heading.

As soon as demand picks up these industry wont ask if there was an incident back in the days when degens played around with defi. They will check

uptime ✅
transaction costs ✅
time to finality ✅
dev environment ✅
reliability ✅
decentralization ✅

Last point will be improved as soon as everyone can run a node without having 50k ftm. As AC pointed out 1ftm might be enough in the future.
