Earn TOS clearly stating funds were with a third party and subject to 100% loss? Same with those using Binance, KuCoin and other exchanges where it is CLEARLY stated that it is illegal to use those exchanges when you are just LOCATED in the US. You are going to hear a lot more crying when all of these accounts get frozen and assets stolen and they have zero recourse. VPN does NOT protect you. They have the ability to know you are really located in the US, but have just looked the other way. They are facing formal charges from CFTC, SEC and DOJ and WILL be cracking down more and more.

I remember reading gemini earn TOS before i was about to invest bc was easy, but after said nah so glad i didn’t, already took a hit with voyager
