It can take a few days, if it is urgent you can contact them again on the same channel and ticket

Just checked again apparently got this response lastnight… I have not done any of those actions, completely honest player. How long does an investigation take?

I get that… but I am literally at their mercy… I have never violated any of their rules and how exactly can I prove that? You look at my mines and they fluctuate all day… plus I work in an office environment so I am able to grind 15 hours a day.
