I am trying to access my Maid that I sent

to my trezor bitcoin address from bittrex back in 2018. I followed the instructions here: https://safenetforum.org/t/how-to-buy-move-store-omni-maid-hardware-and-software-wallets/31101?u=dimitar

However, now when I try to send my maid off of my trezor using this address Omni wallet gets stuck and is unable to lead my trezor. I am not sure how I can access my Maid coin. I have around 36,000 maid on this address and would love to be able to sell or trade it. Can anyone offer any advice or are these coins gone forever?
