Hello, I m trying to withdraw from the Curve stETH

vault for months without success. When i do the transacion no asset is moved, just they charge the fees. I m using a ledger. Please can you help me?

are you using the ledger through metamask? maybe try that

Yeah , I withdraw and it went through but the balance still shows zero
