so what happened in the meantime ?
Do you wait for a complete game with full mod ready at launch or ad it time to time ?
Anyway it is not ready and not "planned for a release time this year"
That a big mistake in communication, ONCE AGAIN

I think you might be misunderstanding a bit , let me clarify. What Nicolas said, is that there is already a playable version ready. Hence the preliminary playtests we have had. Which went very well. Most likely there will be more gameplay modes and stuff added to the game, ofc , until it is "completely ready ". before announcing a game title , trailer , launch date ..etc .etc , You need more than just the actual game development to be ready to play .. there are more parts that need to align. Those other , more bureaucratic parts, is what's being worked on so we can have a clear picture as to exactly when.

I believe it's best to wait for a better time to launch. We should consider factors like more healthy crypto market and more positivity from gamers. We only get one chance to launch, and any mistakes could hurt a game that likely cost millions. If I were in their shoes, I'd wait for a more favorable moment. The narrative of simply saying we are gamers doesn't hold up, there are economic implications behind all of this. Ultra is a new gaming company and uses blockchain technology, 2 things pretty hard to push forward actually. Just look at the creator league NFT drama, those involved were gamers too.

Regarding communication, I don't need more detailed infos on your dev work. I think the community is well-informed, I don't need to see your Jira tasks I think asking for more info is more like an attempt to gauge at where we really stand regarding the big milestones since there's often a disconnect between what's said vs what the status actually is, see FPS

We dont want to give false dates .. of course , but you literally corner us with : WHEN FPS .. almost every week for months ... until we slip for one sec and give out a date that we , in the moment , think might be accurate. But ofc , there are delays or stuff out of control .. and then you have our heads on pitchforks .. so its a complicated vicious cycle
