Two days for 104.99 or EACH day 104.99? If second

I would say Enterprise might be a cheaper option. I usually get 2days for 100 (+ gas of course).

Обычно включен на фикс пробег. У communauto например на 150км включен.

I have no idea how it works to be honest. Most probably you have to return car back, which means you actually has around 250-300km included for that price (depends on the car, tank capacity, etc). I prefer Enterprise and don't think about edge cases ) But I rarely drive less than 300-500km per day )
