I don't understand this your response please. My question is this, can someone lose his or her Etn tokens in the Etn wallet App, before or during or after the automatic new Blockchain transfer because of the person's inability to complete his or her KYC?

Nope. All ETN in the electroneum online/mobile wallets will be bridged to the smart chain after launch. Users wont need to do anything and KYC doesnt effect anything with that.
