partnership with ultra ?
Or has removed a fonctionnality which was at the core of the partnership with ultra and therefore ultra delisted theta from the list of application ?

It was discontinued because individuals, like yourself, kept qualifying Theta.TV as trying to compete with Twitch or YouTube. It was never about being a streaming platform, it was about showcasing what their technology could be used for, but not limited to, a streaming platform or service.
