i think you are asking the wrong question... i think many people have different opinions about the "task" of a custodian.. like who are they representing..? their own ideas, or the people that put in their votes... at this point many custodians act like they have no responsibilities to the miner voting for them.. add to that, that many of the program/features/games/quests/systems being build around the DAOS and AW, funded by the DAOs, often pay out /cover huuuge "expenses" to the "dev" , which are a part of their circle ( maybe IRL circle), while the added programs/featues/games/etc offers only a tiny percentage TLM allocated to the actual miners..

To my knowledge it is the purpose of each Planet's DAO to build out the planet's ecosystem and manage it. Planets are free to build and create individually or collectively within the bounds of the ToS. The planetary ecosystems have not been defined and are shaped and created by the player community through proposals submitted to the DAO's.
