What is their usual turnaround time on responding to emails? And had no one heard of "plans" "expiring"??
They are your partners so u should have SLA with them And as they have issue with your FUN and not responding or fixing the issue it’s affecting your product I convert small amount of FUN to Bitcoin through freebitco and after that I withdraw the bitcoin and it was successfully done So the issue as I understand is related to integration and the API and its seems its expired and the company should pay

Ok. I tried 2 weeks ago and nothing. and just sent again today. Do they possibly need some more employees to answer email inquiries?
I have some emails sent more than a year and still no response ☺️ The good think is we r customers and not employees so we can talk honestly
