ahah, I don't intend to sell anything but see if there are any defects because if it is possible, future NFTs will be purchased just to unlock access and then resold

Yes actually you can, once you've downloaded the game, you can resell the Uniq key, and you can still continue to launch and play the game.

there is a grace period (like if you are not having an internet would allow you to play for a bit), but i couldnt launch a game without having game uniq in wallet

Yes, the grace period is tied to the Uniq corresponding to the tokenized game itself, but I am not sure that the Uniq key is linked to the DRM tech.
