It will transition slowly into the RWAs in FinresPBC as we display more of the fiat and tbill holdings on the balance sheet. We want to make sure we hold proper yielding assets near IORB rate to service the sFRAX vault JIT (just in time) as more staking is happening. We will transition those to pure RWAs soon.

Any liquidity issues with RWA asset backing like with what happened with USDR? like what if there’s a huge liquidity crunch on a weekend can RWA with finresPBC actually keep up with a real time system?

We're not that stupid by touching RWA assets like real estate etc to back a stablecoin. That is nuts. There's a reason we target IORB rate and only consider the cash-equivalent and safest portion of the RWA spectrum. Of course there's some wire delays since TradFi is either T+1 or T+2 settlement times, but that is just settlement time, not default risk or illiquidity. The liquid cash equivalents will always be the safest RWA assets.

Yea good point, might have some short term peg issues under extraordinary circumstances. But won’t last like unlike real estate which is technically not liquid in the traditional sense
