Chainlink powered digital identities will have medical service feeds from your doctor so when you get the bottom/full surgery - and only after you are fully post op - your doctor submits the confirmation and your digital identity updates with your new gender, updating every system your DID is plugged into for seamless gender identity change. Thus we ensure incentives are in place for the trans community to not go half way and ensure they are all fully post-op in order for their digital ident to update, thus confirming they cannot produce offspring. All in all a good outcome for society.
