How is this possible when I'm not logged into the account? I can't provide any of the details asked for as I cannot access my HTX account. I lodged a complaint in the HELP channel but I've not gotten any positive response.
I'd appreciate it if I can get support to retrieve my account without having to provide the said details which I cannot access without my account.

I can't provide any screenshots because I don't have them I can only do this when I'm logged into the account. And I don't do p2p on HTX, so I don't have any screenshot Is there any other way to verify account operation?
Please present any proof that shows you own the account What of your email and notifications you've received so far? They are all proof
Yes, I've received email notifications But there’s no section to provide that in the form the HTX team sent me The form asks for account UID, screenshots of recent deposits and payments I don't have them

I've done that severally I didn't get any fruitful response from the team. It was still the same form asking for account UID, screenshots of payments and deposits that I received I'd appreciate it if there's another way to fix this I was thinking it would be something I could fix on my end without the HTX support team I had a similar issue on another exchange, and I got it resolved easily. Honestly, I've been trying to fix this for over 3 months now and I've not gotten any positive result. I've tagged HTX on social media, sent their support team a mail, and I've done all I could, but all effort proved abortive. Please, I'd appreciate an assistance I can get directly with a HTX support team member so I can fix this issue asap. Thank you
