Im having problems with restoring/recreating my MONERO on my new

computer (old one lost) It seems that no matter what i do, my new balance is 0 It should be straight forward to recreate from device, but it seems to fail every time

I set the restore height to a date before my transaction.

I also get an error like wallet address and device address don't match.

It seems it's a common issue for people who've lost access to their old wallet.

So what the sh** should I do?

Tried GUI, feather, nothing works. I unfortunately can't remember anything about a passphrase since it was almost 2 years ago

probably you set a passphrase, it's an additional protection that basically generate another seed, btw looking online it seems an hardware wallet related issue

what wallet are you using? did you set a passphrase when you created the wallet? (passphrase, not the password to unlock the wallet, but the optional one you can set when it gives you the seed)
