Do you want some insider information? 🤣 I guess there are a lot of factors coming into play: - GAS circulation -> a lot of GAS is "stuck" in NGD/other wallets from consensus members = On a lot of exchanges there is only few GAS, which can lead to price spikes - in both directions - News about the awesome new sidechain (GAS will become very important, maybe some potential consensus candidates fill their bags?) - GAS was recently listed on another exchange - GAS recently got "future options" on a lot of exchanges, for example MEXC -> So you can trade with huge leverage which can lead to price spikes in both directions
