When I see the initiatives with large institutions, the meetings

with Government, the stablecoin studio and all that's being built, I'm chilled.

This week they announced something with EDF, Dovu doing something with the Indian Government, and Taekion funded by huge US institutions protecting mission critical data.

Does this just pass you by?

I see all the developments as you do because we are following the community closely. I noticed that many people around me that are in crypto are not aware of Hedera. The price of Hedera followed bitcoin on the month. That is just following the market, for an undervalued project in my opinion not good. I believe Hedera has potential otherwise I would already sold my stack. I’m also critical about things that can be improved.

But retail is not their main target audience mate. It's institutions. As it stands, there is no regulatory certainty so we are lagging in terms of appreciation. But that's because they don't just want to rely on the hype train to drive price. They are doing it the right way.

I do hear you. I'm in another L1 project. Again huge potential. Sits alongside Cardano and others with a foundation in Zug. They also don't play the hype game and have a mcap of 40m. The same criticism is levelled at them- reach out to influencers and appeal more to retail. They aren't interested though. But they don't have the partnerships that Hedera are forming. So I do see this a lot with other enterprise blockchains.

Morning General, I dont even think hedera focus on the price or concern themselves with it at all, for them price action is just part of the progress and it comes along with what they are doing, with price focus, manipulation almost always follows 99.99% of the time, then focus is taken away from the actual project itself, like every investment.. Its a gamble, and when you see useless coins 10 & 20x it can be disheartening.. But im happy with hbar and feel its the right investment for me, i have confidence in the people running it, trust.. Thats very hard to gain in this industry

So true. It's the trust angle. Even the likes of Gala and Algorand, two rock solid projects over recent years have had issues.

Not sure why people are concerned with price manipulation. It's almost as if they don't understand financial markets. They've always been manipulated. It's largely how money is made in markets

Agreed. Actually, when you think about it, a company where investors hold tokens that will, we hope, be in massive demand when these use cases go live, will benefit massively. So the $1 to $3 price predictions will not seem so ridiculous eventually, all being well.

I'd agree if staking improved. The fee tokenomics hold hbar appreciation back somewhat so it actually is vital imo that retail get involved from a purely investment pov if price is to do well

Yeah, it doesn't help our cause but 2.5% in something with promise is better than 15% in something less promising. Just on Kaspa. Look at the team. Their founder has 45 connections on LinkedIn. The team look at best, like a bunch of Shoreditch hipsters. It looks like they are targeting pure degen retail investors. Lets see where they are in 10 years. As a short term investment great, but their team and lack of backers/connections in the real world doesn't fill me with confidence.
