the tripple A games, i hope you don't mind me asking another. What i am curious about is the following; is the fps still in production and is there some sort of signed contract between ultra and the developing party that it will be exclusively available on the Ultra platform?

Sounds good. I've done some digging myself and found some of the company's financials in regards to past funding rounds and annual reports, the thing that is missing is the annual report from 2022. I know the crypto landscape is different than traditional stocks but as a individual who has invested in the token, is there a way to found out or is the team willing to share the current financial status? The most important aspect for an "investor" is knowing if a company has a healthy financial background in regards to possible reserves and or through partnerships

One can just order them from the trade and companies registers from the relevant jurisdictions, it’s publicly accessible. For the french entities you need to pay a small fee. Of course the financials are meant to be disclosed its an obligation resulting from European directives

The data is public, you just have to look for it. The problem is understanding a financial statement shared with a public that is not mature enough to understand it. This can lead to false rumors and hysteria. If you know the law and the rights, you know where to look 😉

💯 and reason I did not post the link. that being said the data is reassuring and shows that enough money was made with token sales early on to keep the company running. I’m very confident in this project.

No worries ask away , Ill answer what I can - Yes its still in development, although it has a playable mode already , which I have personally played already. I have the game downloaded on my pc. - Ultra owns a % of the game , a majority as far as I know. We fund the development of the game. I dont know the details of contracts and all that. But , of course , you will find the game on Ultra 👍🏻
