Means they don't must transfer their token to the exchange. The exchange where bought is the key? Also all other Investors who hold pundix will not get the airdrop. Why is it not able to Scan the eth network and give all holders by snapshot the pursetokens?

it's a promotion for PUNDIX/PURSE new supporters, people that hold and delegate PUNDIX already get PURSE rewards, I don't know if moving token to exchange counts, but sort of defeats the purpose, note the Project don't own PURSE it's a community rewards token, they look like doing a single exchange air drop so there must not be enough worth doing a mass drop
