Not at all a security token; it's a governance and work token. T token holders participate in governance (2 years of proposals and discussion on the Forum: https://forum.threshold.network/). And those who choose to stake T help secure the network and applications running on it, earning 15% annual yield (https://forum.threshold.network/t/tip-003-threshold-network-reward-mechanisms-proposal-i-stable-yield-for-non-institutional-staker-welfare/82).

Sorry, I don't understand this. If the reward is T tokens, if the price keeps falling down, there is no cover in the amount of purchasing to stake T tokens.

T token has no future no use cases and it’s ran by Developers not economists/business people. They just want to make the machine work for their narcissism. Only very expert can stake and there is literally no incentive in holding T. Nobody would be so crazy to hold an inflationary token without the possibility of staking as in every other coin. Holding an inflationary token without staking is a permanent loss. But Devs are not economist so they don’t care about that.
